Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide business research and data collection to develop an analysis of how to improve an aspect of the company’s management, process or efficiency.
Contribute with the coordination of projects, tasks and deliverables.
Work closely with team members and other employees who will help you apply your knowledge and grow your skills on projects and tasks that have a significant impact
Identify and support process improvement opportunities.
Prepare reports for Strategy and Operations Manager to help with decision making and drafting communications for internal and external distribution.
Assist the Strategy and Operations Manager in collating periodic reports to submit to Directors on all matters of importance.
Contribute to the strategic initiatives driven by the department in line with organizational objectives.
Act as a liaison with other departments on open Workflow Tasks and projects.
Coordinate administrative duties, including organizing files, coordinating, and scheduling meetings, follow-ups and tracking, preparing agendas, preparing and maintaining meeting notes etc.
Assist with tracking and monitoring all projects, tasks and deliverables in the Strategy and Operations department.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business related discipline.
2+ years’ experience as an Operations Officer.
MBA is an added advantage.
Accountable and ability to work with diverse teams
Ability to organize, collate and develop data, schedules etc.
Excellent time management skill
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements
Project Management experience or knowledge is desirable.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with personal computer software, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work cross-functionally with different groups and teams
