Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide business research and data collection to develop an analysis of how to improve an aspect of the company’s management, process or efficiency.
- Contribute with the coordination of projects, tasks and deliverables.
- Work closely with team members and other employees who will help you apply your knowledge and grow your skills on projects and tasks that have a significant impact
- Identify and support process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports for Strategy and Operations Manager to help with decision making and drafting communications for internal and external distribution.
- Assist the Strategy and Operations Manager in collating periodic reports to submit to Directors on all matters of importance.
- Contribute to the strategic initiatives driven by the department in line with organizational objectives.
- Act as a liaison with other departments on open Workflow Tasks and projects.
- Coordinate administrative duties, including organizing files, coordinating, and scheduling meetings, follow-ups and tracking, preparing agendas, preparing and maintaining meeting notes etc.
- Assist with tracking and monitoring all projects, tasks and deliverables in the Strategy and Operations department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business related discipline.
- 2+ years’ experience as an Operations Officer.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Accountable and ability to work with diverse teams
- Ability to organize, collate and develop data, schedules etc.
- Excellent time management skill
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements
- Project Management experience or knowledge is desirable.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with personal computer software, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different groups and teams
- Interested in learning and self-development
Salary Range
N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
