Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Provide the right mix of human resource support services in line with the company’s policies. Review and implement HR systems, policies & procedures in functional areas such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration in the company.
- Management of an up-to-date, accessible, and accurate Employee Filing System.
- Management of employee records and database
- Handling employee relations, welfare, and disciplinary issues.
- Support initiatives geared towards creating a safe, healthy, and happy workplace such as open-door policy, pieces of training, and safeguards that promote safety and security at the workplace.
- Assisting with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Support and follow up on the implementation of the Performance Management System.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 years previous or similar experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to influence, inspire and motivate people who are not directly under your responsibility
- Must be proactive and have good Knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
