In this NEXIT Support Contact post, we inform N-Power Volunteers who are yet to complete their NEXIT portal registration to please follow the instructions below carefully:

How to change your NEXIT Portal Email Address

This involves N-Power Volunteers who can’t access or have issue with their email address. Send the following details:

  1. First name and last name as written on your NPVN portal.
  2. Phone number.
  3. State.
  4. LGA.

Then, state the reason you want to change from the present Email address as written on your NPVN portal to the new Email address you want them to change it to.

Send your message to the two emails: volunteersupport@npvn.ng and update@n-sip.gov.ng

Example:

First name and last name: Spark Gist

Phone number: 08059970974

State: Lagos State

LGA: Ikeja LGA

I will be grateful if my old email address:oldsparkgist1@gmail.com is changed to a new my new email address: newsparkgist1@gmail.com reason been that I cannot access the old mail and I have tried recovering it but it is not working.

 

How to Deactivate your Npower Nexit Portal Account

This involves NPower Volunteers who have made maximum attempt to Login to NEXIT portal due to invalid Username or password after email validation, send the following details:

  • First name and last name as written on your NPVN portal.
  • Phone number.
  • State.
  • LGA.
  • Email address used.

Explain what happened after you validate your email, then seek for deactivation of your account so that you can have access to register again.

Send your message to the two emails: update@n-sip.gov.ng and support@n-sip.gov.ng

Example:

First name and last name: Spark Gist

Phone number: 08059970974

State: Lagos State

LGA: Ikeja LGA

Email address used: sparkgist1@gmail.com

I will be grateful if my account is deactivated. I activated my account on 9th of January, 2021 and tried to login with my email address (your email @gmail.com) and password (your password123456789) but it keeps telling me password not correct till it showed me “YOU HAVE EXCEEDED MAXIMUM LOGIN TRAILS”. I will be pleased if you assist me to regain access to login and complete my application. Thanks

If you have this issue, don’t panic click on the link below, enter your email address and click submit. Wait for some minutes and check your INBOX or SPAM message for verification link: https://nexit-fmhds.cbn.gov.ng/auth/activation

During registration, my LGA not showing on your Nexit Dashboard/Account

Make sure you are using updated Chrome browser, Mozilla Firefox  browser and good network. Change the state to another state, select any LGA, then later change the state back to your State and select your LGA.
