According to NASSCO, there are over 60 million Nigerians on the National Social Register (NSR) and they are real people identified by community members in their communities & LGAs of domicile. The register is first, a state asset built by states through their ministries of planning.
The current National social register was built by the last Administration, a situation that led to the ongoing verification of the register by the new Administration to ensure that persons captured in the register are real people.
As earlier stated by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty alleviation regarding expanding the National Social Register to include more people, the expansion has begun and Enumerators are now registering new people.
How to find Enumerators to get you registered:
If you want to find Enumerators or confirm more about how you can enroll, kindly visit your state Ministry of Planning or contact (NASSCO) via the contact Phone number: Call 969.
