We are recruiting to fill the position below:

(1)Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Lagos / Ogun
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Achieving volume and distribution target of the Region
  • Grow MS and Sales Volumes of the organization within the assigned customers and sales regions
  • Management of Key Distributors and regularly review with the Customers their performance and contribution in line with Customers Management Review template.
  • Building amazing customers relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop Regional Business Plan for the region and the Customer Business plan for each customer in the Region.
  • Develop New Sales opportunities within designated Region and build team capability and capacity to harness these opportunities.
  • Communicate and ensure realization of Marketing Grids Priorities and OP implementation.
  • Generate orders and drive prompt delivery and payment
  • Proper liaison between customers with the relevant stakeholders (sales, finance, supply chain, and factory) to guarantee growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage database of Corporate and Modern Trade Customers
  • Monitoring and ensuring recommended price compliance in the Region
  • Manage the relevant documentation for delivery to customers
  • Management of MSL (must stock list) for our category portfolio in the relevant outlets
  • Monitoring competition activities and market intelligent reports and feeding back to trade marketing and marketing team for designing trade action and reactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND or BSc in any Degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, trade marketing and business development functions
  • Regional team management experience preferred
  • Proficient in the use of the English language
  • Valid driving license.
  • R – Relevant experience in sales and business development functions.
  • R – Perfect knowledge of Microsoft operating system especially Power-Point, Words & Advanced Excel.
  • R – Business and results oriented with basic negotiation skills
  • R – Able to identify new sales opportunities (new customers, new segments)
  • R – Understand needs of customers and provide solution lead
  • R – Hard working, rigorous, well organized, and able to work autonomously
  • R – Ability to complete assigned task within a short period of time
  • D – Analytic, accurate and quick interpretation of figures
  • R – A self-starter, working under their own initiative… and a completer/finisher
  • R – Ability to analyze and provide clear recommendations
  • R – Good communication skills (writing & verbal)
  • R – Build strong relationships with both key external and internal customers
  • R – Energy and passion for achievement of own commitments and delivering company objectives

(3)Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Ado Ekiti, Ekiti
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Responsible for the growth of Lucky pens business in the area of Ado Ekiti and recruiting new customers and enhance customer engagement of existing clients.

Job Roles/ Responsibilities

  • Generate sales and ensure products delivery in the assigned Areas
  • Regularly review with the Customers their performance in lines with agreed target.
  • Develop Areas Business Plan for the region and the Customer Business plan for each  customer in the Areas.
  • Develop New Sales opportunities within designated Areas.

(4)Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As continuous improvement manager, you will analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Leads the manufacturing excellence & continuous improvement project in alignment with plant goals.
  • Promote & develop the change culture.
  • Assess different plants, identify the gap of improvement & build an action plan.
  • Cost reduction identification, prioritization and monitoring at plant level.
  • Leading projects like time and motion study, 5S, SMED & KPI management
  • Conduct workshop & train people to use the lean tools.
  • Benchmarking best practices of our other plants and your background to replicate and adapt for us.
  • Ensuring efficient use of operational excellence communication platforms, continuous improvement meetings, and external sources to build knowledge and cultural change within the plant.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering in any discipline or Master’s Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Production, Quality, Projects and at least 3-4 years of experience in Manufacturing Excellence.
  • Five years’ experience in process optimization and operations
  • Lean manufacturing training/LSSGB/LSSBB is a big bonus.
  • Experience with Integration Architecture and integrating solutions with ERP systems
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
  • A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset.
  • An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills.
  • A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
  • Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.
