Company Secretary and Qualifications

  1. Candidates should have a first degree in Law with a minimum of Second Upper-Class Honours and a minimum of 7 years experience.
  2. Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in the general counsel and/or company secretary role in the industry, and professional membership of the institute of Chartered Secretaries Administration (ICSA) or similar body will be an added advantage.

Legal Officer and Qualifications

  • Candidates should have a first degree in Law with a minimum of Second Upper-Class Honours and a minimum of 7 years experience.

Senior Manager and Qualifications

  • Candidates should have a first Degree, preferably in Accounting or related disciplines, with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and a professional accounting qualification.
  • In addition, a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in public auditing and/or corporate financial reporting, strong written and oral communication skills and current knowledge of international accounting and assurance standards is required.

Manager and Qualifications

  1. Candidates should have a first Degree, preferably in Accounting or related disciplines, with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and a professional accounting qualification.
  2. In addition, a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in public auditing and/or corporate financial reporting, strong written and oral communication skills and current knowledge of international accounting and assurance standards is required.

Deputy Manager and Qualifications

  1. Candidates should have a first Degree, preferably in Accounting or related disciplines, with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and a professional accounting qualification.
  2. In addition, a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in public auditing and/or corporate financial reporting, strong written and oral communication skills and current knowledge of international accounting and assurance standards is required.
