We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Client / Product Support Staff
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Our client Support staff will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Roles/Responsibilities
- Explaining Products and features of products to clients
- Drawing up Contents on Social media platforms aimed at visibility
- Treating Customers’ Purchase request.
- Attending to other duties assigned by line manger all in line with product promotion and customer satisfaction.
- Join the team during presentations and will have to anchor presentations on some occasions
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a good command of spoken and written English.
- Must have good IT skills, a background in sciences is an added advantage
- Must have good presentation skills
- Should be conversant with social media marketing
- Must be a creative person
- A previous experience in a related role will be an added advantage.
- Must be 27 years old or below by end of 2022
Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
