P-YES Registration Application Form Portal 2022/2023 – P-YES or PYES (Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme) new application form portal have been launched for all that wants to register to do so and for those who have registered to update their registration and continue using the application portal below

Requirements and Eligibility for P-YES Registration Application Form 2022

1) Applicant must be a Nigerian male or female between the ages of 18 and 40.

2) Applicant must have a means of identification (National Identity card, International Passport, Permanent Voters CardPVC).

3) Applicant must provide a Second Level Beneficiary (SLB) to qualify for benefitting from the scheme.

4) Ability to communicate in Basic English language and or any local Nigerian language.

5) Provable upright character and a stable mind.

6) Applicant must provide a guarantor preferably a community or religious leader.

7) Ability to secure the endorsement of a local government official.

8) Beneficiary should possess the Capacity to transfer knowledge and mentor pairs within their communities.

9) Applicants Must Complete a guarantor’s form.
