When Real Madrid come calling, there are not many who turn the opportunity to join Los Blancos down. The Spanish giants just have a different aura about them. The 15 Champions League title, which nobody is even close to matching. The sheer number of legends who have donned the Royal White jersey over the years. Yet, it looks like one Tottenham Hotspur player has decided to stay put despite links with a move to Santiago Bernabeu.
The player in question is Mikey Moore. He made his debut for Tottenham Hotspur against Manchester City on 14 May, and the youngster caught the eye of many with his performance.
There was believed to be interest from European giants like Real Madrid and PSG. But Moore has decided to remain in London.
As tweeted by Ben Jacobs, Moore has signed his first professional contract with Tottenham Hotspur. His future was never in doubt despite links with PSG and Real Madrid.

It is unclear whether Real Madrid had actually tried to sign the Tottenham Hotspur youngster or not. But they were linked with him, as were many other teams from around Europe.
It remains to be seen how things turn out for Moore at Tottenham Hotspur. The club have a decent record when it comes to developing players. Just look at how things have turned out for Harry Kane, who is one of the best strikers of his generation despite never winning a trophy.
Real Madrid legends, Gareth Bale and Luka Modric, also had memorable spells at Tottenham Hotspur. So, the London club is definitely a good place to be and they seem to be a team on the rise at the moment under the management of Ange Postecoglou, whose brand of football has impressed many.
It is very possible that Real Madrid might not make another signing this summer after adding Kylian Mbappe and Endrick to their ranks. One thing that the club have been in recent years is measured when it comes to their transfer policy. To the outside eye, it has not made sense at times, but nobody can argue with their continuous success on the pitch. They are the current La Liga and Champions League holders.
Centre-back is one area where Real Madrid need to strengthen as soon as possible. Nacho Fernandez left the club this summer while it is unclear when David Alaba will be back from is long-term injury. The hope is that the Austrian legend will be back to full fitness before the end of the year.
Ideally, one would like Real Madrid to sign another centre-back this summer. But two of the players they were linked with, Leny Yoro and Riccardo Calafiori, have moved elsewhere.

As reported by El Debate, Real Madrid’s sporting management is very clear about things and its philosophy. They will not increase the offer for Davies. It maintains a maximum transfer proposal of €35 million.
Real Madrid have already signed one top-level defender after his contract with Bayern Munich ran out in the form of David Alaba. Now, it looks like they might be looking to repeat that trick with Davies next summer.
