Job Description
- Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate B2B Marketing Executive to join a dynamic and creative team.
- The ideal candidate will be creative and digitally focused, with a passion for all things marketing.
- As a key member of the team, the Marketing Executive will support with the planning, execution, management, and measurement of innovative and creative marketing campaigns.
- The ideal person will have experience in Business development, B2B networking experience, experience in event sponsorship and the use of social media.
Job Roles/ Responsibilities
- Plan and organize active trade-show schedule
- Create marketing campaigns and content to generate and nurture leads and close sales
- Lead the development and implementation of growth strategy, plans & campaigns
- Manage and lead brand management
- Planning, designing and deploying marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Lead the design and execution of a content and thought leadership strategy
- Lead design and execution of a PR strategy
- Ability to lead the marketing team, bringing innovative, creative ideas to the organization;
- Ability to originate clear, compelling content suitable for multiple audiences.
- Lead the development of value propositions for various new products, services and initiatives across IMI
- Leverage real-time email marketing results, web analytics reports, and other campaign analyses to continuously optimize performance of marketing programs and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain and update product website pages and create content for blogs and social media channels
- Manage and track marketing expenses and results to stay within budget and maximizes ROI
- Internal coordination and project management of a wide variety of day-to-day marketing projects and activities, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget
- Analyze, track and report on campaign activity to provide enhanced marketing intelligence.
- Plan and deliver key company events
- Tangible growth in relevant marketing channel KPI’s.
- Lead Gen growth in line with company objections.
- Timely asset creation in line with overall content strategy.
- Collaboration with company stakeholders.
- Data driven decision making at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar B2B role (including content creation, campaign management, digital marketing)
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, understanding of SEO, digital advertising and Google Ads & Analytics
- Strong communication skills with excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing multiple deadlines and schedules, ensuring all deliverables are met on time with accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work on own initiative, be a self-starter, flexible and a team player
- Experience with design tools and/or video content creation
- Experience in B2B Marketing
