We are recruiting a suitable candidate to join our team in the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Storekeeper

Location: Ewekoro, Ogun
Function: Contract Delivery
Job Category: Engineering

Roles/Responsibilities

• Perform (storekeeping) tasks in accordance with the instructions.
• Ensure the completeness and quality of the defined routines of your own daily work.
• Ensure that the work is executed according to Wartsila Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.
• Maintain the records of forwarding, transportation, warehouse, and materials management.
• Keep MAXIMO data updated at all times for site and customer stocks.
• Perform proper stock-taking of all spare parts, sundry, and all other items in the store.
• Keep proper tool inventory and give reports as required
• Cooperate and interact with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure all store-keeping activities are done in line with requirements.
• To comply with the management system accordingly to what has been implemented locally for her/his position
• Perform all activities needed to reach the objectives of the position and comply with the orders, instructions, values, and company policies applicable to an employee and/or the position.
• Support the storekeeper in all activities assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Social Sciences discipline.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
