- Original copy of the printed application form
- Original credentials and photocopies for submission
- Valid Identity card: Voters card, international passport, Drivers license, National Identity Card (NIMC)
- Nose mask and come with hand sanitizer, no face mask no entry. Observe all COVID-19 protocol at the centre.

- Venue for UBEC FTS CBT Exams Test : Designated Computer Based Test Centres (CBT) in your State Capitals and Abuja, Federal Capital Territory
- Time for UBEC FTS CBT Exams Test: 7 am prompt (verification of Applicants shall commence at 8:30 am.)
