Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles/ Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of hygiene and cleansing of customer data for accuracy – company and contact records.
• Undergo training and become the champion of the CRM marketing module.
• Building customer profile data by leveraging events and marketing campaigns or via access through the business systems.
• Social media management of contacts and connections within CRM.
• Overall management, delivery and reporting of digital campaigns and events within CRM (working with other stakeholders for content).
• Calendar management of CRM activities, including marketing-related activities and other.
• Idea generation for proposed activities necessary for customer engagement.
• Event and campaign reporting (ROI), handling B2B consultations and scaling business relationships.
• Drive the sales & marketing budget planning and execution.
• Preparing and executing emails in the CRM, creating and monitoring landing pages, links, campaigns, and events (including marketing collateral, invitations, working with the sales organization to identify attendees, supplier payments).
• Work strategically with stakeholders to maximize event effectiveness (including seating placements, tailoring to interests).
• Lead the recruiting, training & coaching progress for aggressive team expansion target.
• Associated administration for funding approvals, including proof of advertisement material and invoice management.
• Representing the company to attend marketing and social functions and exhibitions as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree level in Marketing
• At least 8 years’ experience in a marketing role with prior experience in a corporate environment highly regarded.
• Appropriate relevant or professional experience and training in media/communications/engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing media and communications strategies that deliver quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex programs and projects.
• Well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to liaise with a diversity of stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Must have good tech skills!
• You are a creative thinker who loves to collaborate and bring ideas to the table
• Self-motivated & results oriented.

• Contribute to executing marketing strategies and activities

• Administrative duties related to marketing activities
• Website maintenance
• Use of WordPress & Canva

Salary
N110,000 – N130,000 / Month.
