Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (On-site)
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

• The candidate must be good at conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Applicant should actively fetch out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Co-ordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up. – (Motomart)
• Applicant must have the quality to build and maintain solid relationships with clients and prospects.
• The candidate must meet the required sales targets.
• The candidate must be proactive in every way.
• Work and cooperate with team members to achieve good results.
• The candidate should be good at setting up meetings with potential clients to determine their needs.
• Generates sales leads as well as closing the sales online, by phone or through physical meetings with prospects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• The candidate should have at least a minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• The candidate should possess good negotiation and closing skills.
• Must have minimum experience of 3 years in Real Estate Industry (Sales).
• The candidate should have at least 3 years track record of selling luxury real estate.
• Candidate should possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Candidate must have proficiency in English Language.
