Job Description
- Our client is looking to bring on board an Electrical Technician who is capable of carrying out various technical task such as; installation, troubleshooting, testing, maintenance of electrical products etc.
Roles/ Responsibilities
- Traveling to client place of business, or work site.
- Installing electrical, electronic or computer equipment such as satellite systems, navigation systems, cctv, computer network systems etc.
- Suggesting areas where equipment should be set up and where cords should be placed.
- Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment.
- Testing old and new installation connections.
- Providing customers with verbal and written operating instructions for new equipment.
- Maintaining equipment.
- Cleaning up after the job is complete.
- Recording and maintaining service requests.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Electronics, Information Technology or similar.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- A willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Proven work experience as an installation technician.
- Advanced knowledge of modern electrical equipment.
- Ability to solve problems and repair equipment on site.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
