Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market.

Job Description
- Revise existing brand/business development strategy and implement it as well as devising a long time strategy for the business.
- Identifying and contacting potential customers via emails and phone calls to increase brand awareness.
- Securing meetings with those identified customers to sell our services and increase external sales
- Build a comprehensive client list in order to boost revenue and awareness.
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly volume targets are met, reported on and work is prioritized accordingly.
- Feed into weekly and monthly management board reporting.
- Manage client expectations through excellent communication and account management to the point of sale.
- Ensure at all times the highest possible standards of customer service to external clients.
- Excellent standard of work and a passion for the role, department and company are key in this role along with a desire to grow the business.
- Keeping up to date with economic and business developments
- Keeping up to date with overall business trends
- Performing research into the market, customer trends, and competition in the market
- To enter and maintain all existing and new client data in Salesforce
- Preparing detailed business proposals which cover relevant goals and objectives
- Attending networking events/conferences/initiatives with employees from other companies and potential customers
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc. / HND
- At least 8 years of cognate experience preferably in FMCG
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Identifying and contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing BRAND Development initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Build a string client database
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Achieving goals/targets
- Creating and executing Social Media/Marketing campaigns.
