Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Staff
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Roles/Responsibilities
- Checking guests in and out
- Verifying guests payment methods during checking
- Receiving and managing guests reservations
- Organizing transport services for guests at their request
- Providing guests with information about the hotel
- Assigning rooms to guests and keeping them abreast of any deals, discounts and rewards that the hotel offers
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
Salary
N360,000 Annually.
