RSYES form and application portal is now open.

Before you apply for the RSYES, you must go through the requirements.

RS-YES Requirements 2019/2020 (Rivers State Skill Acquisition Training Programme 2019)

Must have a valid ID card

Must not be more that 30 years of age

Must have at least  O’level Result (WAEC, NECO NEBTEB or GCE)

Must be of good character

Must be a Rivers Indigene
