The report says that David could be brought in to compete with Solanke as Richarlison’s future at the North London club is allegedly still in doubt.

It is explained that despite the Brazilian expressing a desire to stay in the Premier League, he could depart over the next few weeks, with the Lilywhites still planning on accepting any big-money offer that they receive for the former Everton man.

The outlet makes it clear that Spurs are one of many English sides tracking David at the moment, with the striker looking for a new club after entering the final year of his deal at Pierre Mauroy Stadium.
