Job Description

• We would love to hire a Human Resources Intern that would work under the supervision of the HR Manager to provide administrative support to the HR department.
• The applicant is needed to post and remove job advertisements as needed and necessary, schedule interviews with shortlisted applicants.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
• Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
• Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable applicants to fill the company job vacancies.
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted applicants.
• Helping the HR staff in cumulating market salary information.
• Preparing and sending offer and refusal letters or emails to candidates.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Human Resource Management or studying toward a Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Must have at least a1 year work experience.
• Ability to work remotely and also report to the office occasionally when needed.
• Candidate must have a working laptop.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Candidate must know how to communicate effectively.
• Candidate must be detail-oriented.
• Candidate must have shown proven experience working in an office environment.
• Proficiency and high effectiveness in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Applicant must be able to work and be a team player.
• Applicant must be based in Lekki Phase One.

Salary
N30,000 monthly
