Npower Monthly Stipend Increment Update 2019

The Good news no doubt is that the national minimum wage has been increase and approved at N30, 000. This will apply to all workers across the country but the case of the Npower scheme will be debated as this is just a volunteer scheme.

However, this does not mean the increment may not apply to the scheme as additional funds will have to be sourced to add to the already existing N500, 000 approved for the scheme annually. If these are met, then an increment will be applied on all stipends for beneficiaries but for now, let’s keep our fingers crossed.
