NIS 2017 list is finally out, Check Your Name Now- The Nigeria Immigration Service 2017 list of successfully shortlisted applicants has been finally released today online. To all who applied and registered for the 2017 Nigerian Immigration Service can now check for their names on the NIS list.
Finally the long awaiting NIS is now available for all who did took part in the online registration of the NIS early this year.
According to NIS 2017 “This is to notify the General Public and candidates that applied for the 2017 NIS recruitment, the Civil Defence, Fire, Immigration and Prisons Services Board (CDFIPB) has shortlisted successful candidates and has sent out invitations.”
All who applied for the 2017 NIS recruitment should the email address used during application for further details. In case you were not shortlisted. Kindly be patient as future opening will be announce at other times”
How to Check your name on the Nigeria Immigration Service List of Successful Applicants
- Click the Link www.nisrecruitment.org.ng
- Enter your Application ID or email address in the box provided.
- Click on Check Shortlist to display your application status.
Documents for the physical verification
Shortlisted candidates should come to the Screening Centre with the following;
- Print out of the screening Invitation Letter;
- Print out of Application Confirmation slip with ID number;
- Completed Referee/ Guarantor’s Form;
- Recent Medical Certificate fo Fitness obtained from a Government Hospital;
- Originals of your Credentials;
- A pair of White Canvas, White Short, and Vest with White Stockings.
Screening exercise date for the 3 different categories of the NIS
The 2017 NIS Recruitment Physical Examination and Document Verification Exercise for successful applicants will start as listed below;
- Monday, 27th November, 2017- All who applied for Superintendent
- Tuesday, 28th November, 2017- For Inspector category
- Wednesday, 29th November, 2017- For all who applied for Assistant
Verification Venue: The exercise will hold at all the NIS state command headquarters nationwide
Verification Time: 9.00am.
WARNING– All candidates are advised to adhere strictly to the dates as scheduled above. Failure to do that, attracts penalty.

Pls I want to find out if the final list of Nov 2017 NIS screening is out. Because I heard a hear say dat sum people ve already receive notification for training. Via their emails nd phone numbers. How true is this?.I participated in the screening exercise in kebbi state nd ve not received any update as regards to the exercise.
