We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Roles/Responsibilities
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.
- Process customer complaints patiently.
- Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs.
- Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed.
- Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors.
- Adhere to food, health and safety standards.
- Plan, train, oversee and manage the members of staff.
- Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers.
- Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience.
- Design attractive menus.
- Develop a relationship with regular customers.
- Follow food and safety regulations.
- Assist with marketing events.
- Create restaurant policies.
- Designing delicious and attractive menus and continuously making improvements.
- Compile and send sales report to management for review.
- Liaising with government agencies.
- Keeping the staff updated on the latest trends in the food and beverage sectors.
- Ensuring the predetermined quality of dishes and services offered to guests is maintained.
- Maintain an inventory for all food and bi monthly liquor.
- Ensure compliance to all company rules in pertinent areas.
- Monitor all local sanitation and healthcare systems to satisfy customers.
- Maintain an inventory for all food and bi monthly liquor.
- Analyze and utilize various management tools to update expenses and fix bi-weekly wages for Food & Beverage Department.
