We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Opebi, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles/Responsibilities
- Attend to Clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and closing deals
- Listen attentively to all customers’ question,inquiry,complains and ensure they are duly resolved
- Reach out to customers to verify issues that might be lingering
- Follow up on clients for referrals
- Main a good working relationship
- Ensure neat and quiet work environment
- Guide clients on proper documentation like deed of assignment, survey etc.
- Protect and represent the company’s brand
- Escalate customers’ issues, provide general support to the customers.
Experience and Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND qualification with 2 – 4 years’ work experience.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
