Location: Abuja (FCT)

About the Job
- As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team.
- As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Coordinate the scheduling of meeting rooms and assist in organizing company events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Provide information to visitors and employees as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-10 years experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Salary
N70,000 – N120,000 / Month.
