Job Title: Food Microbiologist
Location: Lagos
Roles/Responsibilities
- Ensure timely analysis of samples to prevent production loss time and waste.
- Guide in the cleaning & sanitization procedures and training to ensure the hygiene of equipment and utilities.
- Perform Hygiene Audits and implement Hygienic requirements across the site.
- Ensure products are correctly labeled and prepared according to standard procedures.
- Monitor and control raw material input to meet quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Microbiology and Science Laboratory Technology Food with 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role in the food industry.
- Age Requirement: 26 – 35 years
- Practical experience in food processing and confectioneries who will identify and guarantee the quality of products.
Remuneration
- Salary: N80,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
- Medical Cover (HMO)
- Life insurance.
