Associate Professor (Religions and Peace Studies)

Qualifications

• Candidates must be holder of Ph.D. in relevant discipline with Eight (8) years Post-Doctoral qualification experience in teaching / research.
• Candidates must have a minimum of Ten (10) years teaching and research experience in a University System or relevant Institution.
• Specialization in Church History
• Candidates must possess some years of post-qualification teaching and research experience in a University with several scholarly publications, administrative experience and demonstrate ability to provide academic leadership.

Salary Structure
The University adopts the Consolidated University Academic Salary Structure (CONUASS).

Lecturer II (Human Kinetics, Sports and Health Education)

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess Ph.D. in Sports Administration / Sports Management with a minimum of Three (3) years teaching and research experience.
• Candidates must have a minimum of Five (5) publications in recognized journals or local and international repute.

Salary Structure
The University adopts the Consolidated University Academic Salary Structure (CONUASS).

Assistant Lecturer (Human Kinetics, Sports and Health Education)

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration / Sports Management with evidence of considerable teaching and research potential / experience.
• Candidates for the position must have a CGPA of 3.5/out of 5.0 Grade Point that will enable such persons undertake Ph.D. Programme upon appointment while Candidates already on Ph.D. Programme outside the University will have to run such programme on Part-Time basis upon appointment.

Associate Research Professor

Unit: Centre for Environmental Studies and Sustainable Development

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
• Candidates must have at least Eight (8) years Post-Doctoral teaching and research experience in a University system or relevant institution.
• Candidates must have a minimum of Ten (10) years teaching and research experience in a University system or relevant institution.
• Candidates must demonstrate dear evidence of scholarship through considerable academic publications, at least Twenty-Five (25), in recognized journals of local and international repute, which must be in their area of specialization.

Senior Research Fellow

Unit: Centre for Environmental Studies and Sustainable Development

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a Ph.D in a relevant discipline.
• Candidates must have at least six (6) years Post-Doctoral teaching and research experience
• Candidates must have a minimum of Eight (8) years teaching and research experience in a University system or relevant Institution.
• Candidates for the position of Senior Research Fellow must demonstrate clear evidence of scholarship through considerable academic publications, at least Fifteen (15), in recognized journals of local and international repute which must be in their area of specialization.

Research Fellow I

Unit: Centre for Environmental Studies and Sustainable Development

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a Ph.D in a relevant discipline
• Candidates must have at least Three (3) years Post-Doctoral teaching and research experience
• Candidate must have a minimum of Five (5) publications in recognized journals of local and International repute.

Research Fellow II

Unit: Centre for Environmental Studies and Sustainable Development

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a Ph.D in a relevant discipline with evidence of teaching and research experience / potential.
• Candidate must have a minimum of Three (3) publications in recognized journals of local and International repute.
