We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos
Department: Growth & Implementation
Reports to: Head, Growth & Implementation

Job Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with the DISCO and key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the business processes and manage the sales team.
• Identify challenges affecting collections and derive innovative solutions.
• Identify gaps and business opportunities for the company.
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors and their processes.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and issue escalations as needed.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and Implementations according to project specification.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet collection targets.
