Job Title 1: Driver II

Qualification: O’level with minimum of four (4) years’ related experience performing related role.

Competencies
The ideal candidate must have:

• Ability to communicate fluently (orally and in writing) in Hausa and English language.
• Capacity to work effectively in a team.
• Versatility  of  driving  varying  automobiles  in  host  country  roadsand  experience  in farming operations.
• Good knowledge of government, donor and private sector companies’, offices, and ability to deliver messages effectively.
• Basic computer skill.

Job Title 2: Field Worker II

Qualifications: O’level with minimum of three (3) years’ related experience performing a related role.

Competencies
The ideal candidate must have:

• Experience in yam pollination and be patient, passionate about yam and willing to work extra hours.

Job Title 3: Project Coordinator

Qualifications: M.Sc in Agriculture or Agricultural related discipline with minimum of ten (10) years’ related experience in project coordination, implementation and management and six years (6) of practical experience on potato seed system, good agricultural practices, seed storage, potato pest and disease will be an added advantage.

Competencies:
The ideal candidate must have:

• Excellent and demonstrated ability to write, publish, and disseminate technical reports, success stories, and promotional materials.
• Excellent project management, leadership, interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Experience on project coordination with stakeholder engagement.
• Organizational, planning and budget management experience.
• Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in a cross-cultural environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work in resource-poor, rural areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
