We are recruiting to fill the position below:

(1)Job Title: Director of Operations

Location: Abuja

Job Roles/Responsibilities

  • A Director of Operations is responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel, ensure Heads of Department achieve and exceed their revenue and Guest satisfaction targets.
  • As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel, ensure Heads of Department achieve and exceed their revenue and Guest satisfaction targets.
  • Work in conjunction with the General Manager to actively manage key property issues (including capital projects; customer service; refurbishment)
  • Assist the development of meaningful, achievable hotel budgets and other short and long term hotel strategic goals
  • Provide effective leadership to the hotel management team and team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Respond to audits that are completed by the company to ensure continual improvement is achieved
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments in order to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Comply and exceed hotel and company Service Standards
  • Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analyse regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action
  • Manage and develop the Heads of Department to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and company
  • Seek and respond to guest feedback in order to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD team
  • Participate in corporate activities and meetings as requested.
  • Assist in the administration of succession planning.
  • Participate and maintain active community relations.
  • Attend industry meetings and participates in industry organizations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Strong commercial acumen, preferably with experience in Food and Beverage or Rooms Management
  • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
  • In-depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / service sector
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets
  • Accountable and resilient
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
  • Previous experience in the same or similar role.

  • As a Food and Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
  • A Food and Beverage Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.

  • Welcome Guests on arrival and assist with their luggage
  • Maintain frequent contact with regular Guests and visitors
  • Park Guests’ cars on the hotel premises
  • Provide a driving service to Guests, as required
  • Maintain clean and safety hotel vehicles
  • Stay current on all hotel services as well as VIP requirements and special events
  • Demonstrate a current knowledge of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinity

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of previous experience working as a driver, preferably in the hotel, leisure or retail sector
  • Preferably a spy police
  • Impeccable personal presentation with good communication skills
  • Calm, courteous and discreet
  • Possession of a clean driving license/record
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • A good knowledge of the local area

(4)Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Abuja

Job Roles/Responsibilities

  • A Marketing Executive will work with the Assistant Public Relations & Marketing Manager and the department’s team in the implementation of the marketing plan to achieve hotel marketing strategic goals and brand awareness.
  • As Marketing Executive, you will work with the Assistant Public Relations & Marketing Manager to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan to achieve hotel marketing strategic goals and brand awareness.
  • Assistant the PR & Marketing team in the implementation of the marketing plan to achieve hotel marketing strategic goals and brand awareness
  • Manage the organization’s social media and online presence by developing a brand strategy, produce engaging contents, analyze platform usage, facilitate customer service and manage projects and campaigns.
  • Promote to target markets the hotel amenities and membership benefits, including food and beverage outlets, conference, banqueting and events via social media.
  • Work with local third-party partners including local media, and maintain professional working relationships with local official bodies
  • Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business needs
  • Support the development on promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events.
  • Maintain a comprehensive media and marketing contact management system relevant to the target audiences of the Hotel.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Development or other related Social Science courses.
  • Excellent social media management skills including content creation and strategy, use of modern social media features, storytelling and reputation management
  • Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling
  • Ability to create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple social media and offline platforms
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of promoting and measuring social media activity
  • Ability to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
