Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Job Description
- To ensure that the processes of goods, requisition, receipts, transfers and issuance of inventory items are executed using industry practice.
- Ensure team work cooperation
- Engage in other work outside the warehouse as the need may arise.
- Reconciliation of stock on company ERP, physical and stock cards.
- Ensure safe keeping and stocking of Inventory/stock in warehouse.
- Posting of vouchers on company ERP.
- Making of requisition for items needed.
Professional Skills & Qualifications
- A Graduate from an accredited University.
- Proficiency in other local languages will be an advantage.
- Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Warehouseofficer.
- Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities
- Reporting to Executive and performing secretarial duties
- Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
- Professionally greet and receive guests and clients
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Operate and maintain office equipment.
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
- Make travel arrangements
- All other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Degree qualification with 1-2 years work experience.
- Proven work experience as a secretary.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
