Genesis Cinemas Job Vacancy for Shawarma / Pizza Chef – Genesis Cinemas is one of Nigeria’s leading cinema developers and operators of multiplex cinemas in Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shawarma / Pizza Chef

Location: Festac / Ajah / Maryland – Lagos

Roles/Responsibilities

• Menu Design and adherence to recipes, measurements, and costs.
• Prepare PIZZA /Shawarma to meet customer satisfaction.
• Create new pastry recipes for the Company
• Adherence strictly to the standard recipe for each product
• Ensure the proper storage and condition of food items after requisition
• Ensure exceptional food presentation at all times
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote customer experience
• Ensure machines and equipment are properly cleaned, serviced, stored, and in good condition always.
• Ensures that production materials are fresh and in good condition, before production for customer consumption
• Requisition and documentation of necessary store items
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and ensure the kitchen is always clean

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Candidates must be team players.
• Candidates must possess good customer service skills.
• Candidates must have 2 – 3 years of experience as a shawarma/pizza chef.

Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 / Month.
