We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Assistant Field Officer
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Roles/Responsibilities
- Traveling to any part of the country at any given time, to source for markets for Agricultural commodities.
- Formulating evaluative resources to guide the fieldwork.
- Inspecting and supervising the loading and offloading of goods to ascertain the appropriateness of contemporary conditions.
- Extracting and reporting on data-driven conclusions for each salient undertaking.
- Collecting samples, where possible, for subsequent inspection.
- Inputting data into suitable software and then arranging this to facilitate analysis.
- Writing periodic reports on tasks undertaken.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must understand and be able to speak Hausa language fluently.
- Must be willing to travel to any part of the country at any given time.
- Demonstrable experience as a Field Officer and/or in an agricultural sector.
- Commendable program and capacity development abilities.
- Strong verbal, written, and statistical skills.
- Exceptional supervision and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in relevant data storage and analysis software.
- Ability to procure, house, and inspect high-quality data independently.
Remuneration
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
