Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD) Recruitment 2019/2020 for National Procurement Officer Application Form is out register now- This is to inform you that FMARD is currently recruiting for interested and qualified applicants nationwide.

The National Procurement Officer (NPO) will be responsible for the coordination of the procurement of goods, works and services financed under the Project.

Qualifications/Requirements FMARD Recruitment 2019-2020

1. Master’s or High-Level University degree in Engineering, Finance, Management, Purchasing or equivalent qualifications.
2. Minimum of six (6) years of relevant post-qualification experience.
3. Strong background experience in successful carrying out procurement using similar procedures, method, specification etc.
4. Knowledge {at least four years (4)} of international accepted ‘best practice’ systems, the
5. Nigerian Procurement Laws and guidelines and experience in working with Donor Founded Projects
6. Good writing skills and good Computer skills
7. Demonstrate team spirit, good interpersonal and conflict management skills
8. Integrity and confidentiality
9. Interpersonal and time management skills
