Job Title: Head of Human Resources and Administration
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources and Administration with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing human resources policies.
- Deploying and automating HR processes using software
- Identifying staffing needs and reviewing job descriptions.
- Conducting recruiting exercises and negotiating employment agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
- Overseeing onboarding activities
- Developing staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage of all branches
- Overseeing staff performance
- Implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
- Motivating and supporting current staff.
- Ensuring staff records are appropriately maintained.
- Handling employee grievances and disputes
- Supervising company personnel and managing staff wellness
- Designing and directing training programs.
- Supporting the companies’ strategic objectives.
- Handling employee benefits and supporting employee developments
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- Must have a Professional HR qualification from a recognized body such as CIPM
- Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Must demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Should be willing to work with the company long term
- Should be able to work on some weekends and public holidays
- Working Days: 23 days a month.
Salary
N200,000 – N450,000 monthly.
