We are recruiting to fill the position below:
(1) Job Title: Web Master / Cloud Administrator
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- Determining client website needs and requirements.
- Building and testing aesthetic, functional and user-friendly websites.
- Coordinating with designers, content providers, and management or business owners.
- Design and implement web site security measures such as firewalls or message encryption
- Maintaining, updating, and optimizing servers.
- Monitoring and analyzing site performance.
- Write, design, or edit web page content, or direct others producing content. and SEO configuration.
- Proactively report and solicit feedback from communications team and program staff.
- Updating website content and reviewing SEO.
- Addressing and responding to user comments and complaints
- Contribute to discussions on ways to improve functionality and usability
- Collaborating with business and technology teams to meet needs and improve efficiency
- Replying user comments and queries in a timely fashion
- Managing backup servers and fail over.
- Provision Infrastructure as a service cloud computing for platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google.
- Monitors and analyses the capabilities and performance of the systems on the cloud.
- Compare, evaluate, and implement new technologies, and integrate systems into the computing environment.
- Administer security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting, also helps to maintain system security strategies, policies, and procedures on the cloud computing.
- Register web sites with search engines to increase web site traffic.
- Create web models or prototypes that include physical, interface, logical, or data models.
- Analise user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Develop or implement procedures for ongoing web site revision.
- Develop databases that support web applications and web sites.
- Develop and document style guidelines for web site content.
- Renew domain name registrations.
- Write supporting code for web applications or web sites.
- Recommend and implement performance improvements.
- Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correct problems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s Degree is a plus
- Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the technology field
- Leadership and/or management experience is a plus
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple websites
- Strong working knowledge of all relevant coding languages (PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS)
- Capable of utilizing web content management systems, e.g. WordPress,
- Excellent communicator, especially regarding abstract concepts
- Strong Understanding of Windows Server Administration
- Good Knowledge of Cloud hosting
- Comprehensive understanding of Domain and DNS administration
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, and other Windows-based technologies is required.
- The ability to configure VMs and Web Applications are added advantage

(3) Job Title: Fixed Asset Accountant
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description
- The Fixed Asset Account Officer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recording the cost of newly acquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible), tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets
- They are accountable for recording the cost of fixed assets that have been newly acquired.
- They keep track of existing fixed assets.
- They keep track of recording depreciation.
- They perform accounting for the disposition of fixed assets.
Job Roles/ Responsibilities
- Calculate the depreciation for all fixed assets.
- Perform periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets.
- Find out the potential obsolescence of fixed assets.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts of fixed assets.
- Give recommendations to management regarding the disposal (or not) of fixed assets.
- Perform analysis related to fixed assets when requested by management.
- Prepare audit schedules for fixed assets and help out auditors when they have inquiries.
- Be the face of the company during government audits of fixed assets.
- Monitor the expenditures of the company for fixed assets in comparison to capital budget and management authorizations.
- Check for completeness and accuracy of fixed assets sub ledger and month-end closing activities such as account reconciliations, journal entries and adjustments.
- Monitor and process transactions on a daily basis.
- Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger
- Review and maintain all accounting records.
- Perform accounting activities as per established accounting standards and procedures.
- Involve in technology upgrades and changes related to fixed asset accounting.
- Generate monthly depreciation postings and annual account reports to management.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor asset disposals and movements.
- Maintain fixed asset system for accounting, processing and reporting of the assets.
- Organize and maintain fixed asset documentations for references.
- Monitor and report monthly capital expenditure to Managers
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Finance or Accounts Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting
- Advanced use of Excel;
- Proficiency in ERPs; NAVISION is an advantage
- Detail oriented
- High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized, concise manner
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and at the same time deliver time results and reports.
