Requirements

1. Candidates should possess a Post-graduate Degree in relevant field
2. A Bachelors Degree in similar field will be added advantage.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Mandatory Computer use skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet).
5. Training in First Aid and Fire service.
6. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.
7. Flexible and, able to cope with stressful situations.
8. Has had at least three years of diversified maintenance experience on the same category and class aircraft used by CALLYAIR. This experience may be with an air carrier, commercial operator or certified repair station.

For Non Graduates

• SSCE or above.
• Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Writing, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability, Leadership, Multi-Tasking, problem solving and team work.
