We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Jibowu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Roles/Responsibilities
- Ensuring that every worker follow the SOP
- Overseas the functionality of the entire business
- Partakes in the recruitment and training process
- Presents monthly report of business to Management
- Oversees inventory accuracy and provide feedback
- Settles customer/sales disputes
- Conduct regular meetings with staff on updates and progress
- Monitor and control expenses in line with budget
- Approves customer credits within approved limits
- Reports to the Managing Director
- Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc from a recognized Nigerian University
- Background in Sciences will be our advantage
- 7 years relative experience
- Willing to work on Saturdays 10am to 3pm
- Accurate reporting and presentation skills
- Good use of Microsoft office suite
- Excellent managerial and customer relationship skills
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
