Job Description
- We are looking for a Social Media Manager to increase brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets.
- The successful candidate would be required to drive organic engagement by creating high-quality original content and designs.
- You would also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, messages and oversee our customer service across all platforms..
Job Roles/Responsibilities
- Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Working with basic graphics and video design platforms, E.g Canva
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence and engaging relevant influencers.
- Responding to comments and messages on each of our accounts.
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
- Running company social media advertising campaigns, and analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives with strategic KPIs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc or equivalent Degrees are eligible to apply.
- Social media marketing experience.
- Experience developing social media strategies and executing marketing plans.
- Proven ability to build communities and develop the right voice for each social media platform.
- Understanding of basic graphic and video designs
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
- Track record of achieving and surpassing quota.
