Job Title: Business Development Manager (Property Lease and Sales)

Job Description
- Ideal candidates MUST have worked with PROPERTY LEASE AND SALES company and must have sold landed property and Acres to companies and organizations.
- We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our client for this role.
- You would be responsible for driving Free Zone’s sales and direct marketing efforts in Nigeria.
- You will focus on generating and nurturing B2B leads from Nigerian businesses that can directly benefit from the industrial infrastructure available at the Free Zone.
How will you do it?
- By crafting and sustaining relationships with new prospects including manufacturers, logistics service providers and commercial real-estate developers.
- You will lead the sales drive, run the complete sales cycle, and own key client and internal relationships to deliver the revenues to meet the business plan of the company.
- This is a high visibility role with great opportunities for learning and growth as you would be setting the foundation of driving direct & active sales efforts for the company.
- Your responsibilities will include keeping up with information & research on Nigerian companies that are considering expansion and/or relocation to unlock strategic advantages.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Build business development strategies to improve sales opportunities in our target markets.
- Identify the best accounts to target from your network for growth as well as identifying and converting new account opportunities.
- Conduct domestic sales visits and attend reputable events, networking sessions in the pursuit and development of strategic sales.
- Monitor competitor activities & new developments.
- Be responsible for the complete sales process from opportunity identification to sales closure, coordinating inputs from other internal stakeholders.
- Develop a sales pipeline to ensure commercialization targets are met.
- Manage leads and drive sales performance using a CRM tool.
- Contribute to our opportunity creation and cross sell opportunities of the Company’s complete product portfolio.
- Should have hands-on experience in research & generating data driven insights.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 5 – 12 years relevant work experience.

- Ability to develop and expand relationships through an organization
- Strategic thinker, not afraid to question norms.
- Knowledge/experience using CRMs
Salary
N800,000 – 1,000,000 Monthly.
