Job Description
- Responsible for working hand in hand with colleagues in the Branding Marketing & Production Department as part of a unit in the Creative Production team, aiding with the creation of visually engaging graphical assets, then bringing them to life and delivering high quality and innovative ideas, graphic content and templates that seamlessly conveys the messages in line with the branding and marketing strategies.
Job Roles/Responsibilities
- Creates visual text and imagery concepts, by using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspires, informs and captivates audience.
- Creates and develops overall layout and production design for social media post, billboards, brochures, brand-book, magazines, presentations, etc.
- Responsible for creating graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital use including banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, magazine advertorials, etc.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in graphics / motion animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.
- Responsible for storing and organizing assets created into already specified location in the organization cloud storage system (Google drive) and local server (If available).
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
- Responsible for testing graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of various design process.
- An eye for detail and analytical skills to read and take inputs from the audience and market research data.
- Stay in touch with the latest technology and strategies in the design and entertainment industry and putting them to perfect use for the company’s benefit.
- Ability to develop quick design ideas based on briefs and ensure that all deadlines are adhere to.
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews his work carefully. Quality control is key
- Ability to work within a team and independently as required
- Professional demeanor with high degree of comfort speaking with internal clients

Qualifications and Requirements
- HND / B.Sc / BA in a relevant field
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- 3 – 4 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer
- Creates custom Graphics Designs, bespoke illustrations, and visually engaging presentation layouts that ensure effective knowledge transfer and retention.
- Efficient at using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe In-design.
