Job Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market reach, and strengthen customer relationships. The role also involves overseeing the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, advertising, industry events, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive insights, and integrate findings into strategic plans
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support product launches, brand positioning, and market expansion
- Work closely with product development teams to provide insights that support the creation of new products
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments where necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry professionals and opinion leaders
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the food manufacturing sector
- Proven ability to design and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
