1	Medical Officers  a)     Consultants, GL. 15	Possession of the part II final Examination Certificate of the Fellowship of the National Post-Graduate Medical College of Nigeria or its Equivalent in the candidate’s Specialty
	b)    Medical Officer, GL. 12	A degree in medicine, registration with medical and dental council of Nigeria (MDCN) from a recognized institution, plus one year post-registration cognate experience.
2	Nursing Officers  Nursing Officer II. GL. 08	B.Sc in Nursing plus the registration of Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
3	MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIANS  Medical laboratory technicians GL. 07	WASC or SSCE plus successful completion of a three-year training in a recognized institution and obtained the Registration of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology of Nigeria for Technician Cadre.
4.	PHARMACIST, GL. 10	Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree with Registration of Pharmacist Registration Board of Nigeria and NYSC or Certificate of Exemption from NYSC
5.	MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST I, GL. 10	A Degree in Medical Laboratory Science from an approved University or other approved equivalent qualification registrable with Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) and NYSC or Certificate of Exemption from NYSC
6.	RADIOGRAPHY OFFICER II,GL.08	Bachelor’s degree in Radiography  (B.RAD) from a recognized University or other equivalent qualification registrable with Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
