Job Title: Secretary / Personal Assistant

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of BSc / HND in Secretarial Studies / Office Technology,
- Possession of other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- 5 years working experience as a Secretary / Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a structured organization.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Suites – (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral) and preparation of Board reports / papers
- Must be proactive, creative and self-motivated with strong ability to think “out of the box”.
- Proven experience in the use of Corel Draw for graphics, Letter-headed designs and other graphic works
- Fast typing ability and clean print-out works
