Job Description

- Due to the business’s rapid expansion, we are currently recruiting talented and exceptional Sales Personnel across all our regional offices (55 Branches Nation wide) who are creative, passionate, and self-motivated to sell our Real Estate Products digitally and physically to achieve the organization’s goals.
Job Roles/Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- The candidate must possess a minimum of an OND certificate.
- BSc / HND an added advantage.
- Candidates with vast skills and experience in marketing and sales.
- A candidate with experience in customer relationships and management.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary
N70,000 – N500,000 / month.
